Even brand new homes can be tougher to sell when there is nothing in it. My belief is that it is harder for the potential buyer to envision where there stuff would go and the flow of the house. However, after completeing the class and implementing the techniques I am defnitely a convert. Every one of my listings get a staging walkthrough and the difference is amazing.
