Do not use it as an easy way out!  
Refinance with a change in your financial lifestyle, refinancing is really of no value unless you choose to make a change in your spending habits.    Don&#039;t let yourself be in the same position two years down the road, refinancing will not be an option the second time around.   Use it once, but use it right.</description>
