The only thing I don’t like bout Rent To Own, is because I think it benefits the owner, more than the renter. At least, in my state, it is not a good idea.

Good resource, it’s a shame however that L2O are effectively outlawed in Texas. No matter, in the current RE market, investing in Texas via buy/hold/rent means is as good as ever.

Just found your site and I must say I’m impressed. I loved the resources you provide on lease to own situations. These type of purchases are often overlooked because the buyers and sellers simply aren’t aware it’s an option available to them as a real estate transaction or they’re frightened off by the unknown element.
